The Guayaquil Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit legal institution under private law, governed by the provisions of the Law of Chambers of Commerce, its own bylaws, regulations and additional rules subject to the relevant rules of the Commercial and Civil Codes.

The Guayaquil Chamber of Commerce is constituted by legal and natural persons. The purpose of our guild is to increase commercial activity.
